our range
rule changes

Due to some events in the past year, we decided to change some rules for using our box. Basically, our principles remain the same, we only change some of the rules.
The community is growing
In the past months we have been able to inspire numerous new members for fitness and welcome them to our box. We look forward to meeting new interesting people who enrich our community.
The more members in our box reach their limits, the more important it is that each individual takes the other into consideration. We want to achieve this with a few rule changes without reducing the fun of fitness.
The ego stays at home
Fitness is a sport that only leads to top performance in the community. We want to measure ourselves and motivate ourselves to achieve maximum success; however, we do not want individuals to distinguish themselves. No matter how high you jump, how fast you run or how much you lift - there will always be someone better than you. Therefore, the maxim should be clear to everyone: We achieve mutual success by supporting each other and with advice and act to the side. If you ignore the needs of others, you are wrong in our box.
Strong together
If we all follow this simple rule, we will continue to enjoy fitness and benefit fully from it. Our goal is to integrate fitness into everyday life and to ensure a healthy lifestyle for our members. And that only works together!
